About the book:

Last in the Series

Logan from Echoes of Scotland Street is back with his own smoldering story, as the New York Times bestselling On Dublin Street series returns…

Logan spent two years paying for the mistakes he made. Now, he’s ready to start over. He has a great apartment, a good job, and plenty of women to distract him from his past. And one woman who is driving him to distraction…

Grace escaped her manipulative family by moving to a new city. Her new life, made to suit her own needs, is almost perfect. All she needs to do is find her Mr. Right—or at least figure out a way to ignore her irresistible yet annoying womanizer of a neighbor.

Grace is determined to have nothing to do with Logan until a life-changing surprise slowly begins turning the wild heartbreaker into exactly the kind of strong, stable man she’s been searching for. Only just when she begins to give into his charms, her own messy past threatens to derail everything they’ve worked to build…

Laura's Review:

I LOVED THIS BOOK. Fitting (although quite unusual) that the last book would be one of my favorite of the series. I stayed up all night reading it because I'd put it down and then 5 minutes just have to read more. We first met Logan as Shannon's protective big brother in the previous book in the series, but if you didn't know that, you'd think him to be a womanizing player - which is exactly the first impression his next-door neighbor Grace gets of him. And therefore wants nothing to do with him. After a few not-so-pleasant encounters involving panties in the hallway and drunken, loud sex through the walls, you can see why. But, Logan is far from a self-centered jerk - he is actually one of the most kind and selfless people, who just happens to be deservedly blowing off some steam. His life is about to get even more complicated, and he's bringing Grace along for the ride. Grace, who has more than a little of her own baggage to deal with, but who can't help but put those feelings aside when she sees just how much Logan needs her.
I loved how this book was about so much more than a romance between two characters - although that part was wonderful. They themselves were wonderful, but still very much flawed - and it was so satisfying to watch them grow into the strong people they are at the end of their story.

At times, the sheer number of characters to keep track of was a bit too much. I get that Ms. Young wanted to give her readers some glimpses of her previous heroes and heroines, but it bogged the story down unnecessarily when they were all in the same scene. However, the epilogue featuring each couple's future was a perfect way to end such a beautiful series.

I'm sad to say goodbye to this group, but so excited to see what Samantha Young comes up with for her next project!

Moonlight on Nightingale Way: 4.5/5 stars
