Wednesday's Words & Quippish Quotes: Lewis Carroll
I recently came across my old, battered, and worn copy of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking-Glass. The first time I actually read it was my freshman year in college for a class called "Literary Voyage of Exploration." I loved that class - my favorite that entire year full of introductory classes and labs in biology and chemistry. I clearly remember being in awe of how many levels there were in that Wonderland - many more than I saw as a child watching one of the many movie versions. And with those levels, came some of the best quotes in literature. Here are a few of my favorites from Lewis Carroll:
